The hotel has extended our room block and is continuing to accept reservations for the Annual Meeting subject to availability. After this date, room availability and the special conference/per diem rate will not be offered. Please note that you should make your reservations as early as possible since rooms may go quickly and the block may be sold out earlier than the hotel cut-off date.

Check-in is at 3 p.m., and checkout is at noon. A fee may be applied to all late checkouts and a fee equivalent to one nights lodging and tax will be applied to all guest that checkout early. If you need to cancel, you must do so no later than 72 hours prior to the night of your arrival to avoid paying a penalty. All areas of the hotel are nonsmoking. Parking is available at $55 per day.

Area Airports

• Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA): 6.5 miles, approximately 20 minutes. The approximate one-way taxi fare is $20-$25 and $19 for Super Shuttle. Also, assessable by Metrorail with just a single transfer from the Blue or Yellow Metrorail Line.
• Dulles International Airport (IAD): 28.2 miles, approximately 35 to 50 minutes (depending on traffic), and can take an hour or more during rush hour. The approximate one-way taxi fare is $60-$70.
• Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI): 37.6 miles, approximately 42 minutes. The approximate one-way taxi fare is $70-$100. Amtrak (www.amtrak.com) and MARC services (https://www.mta.maryland.gov/schedule/timetable/marc-penn) connect BWI and Washington Union Station, which is located on the Metrorail Red Line.
